Shipping times are not guaranteed and does not include the time that the package is in the customs department. We take no responsibility for packages that take longer to arrive than the shipping time that UPS calculates.
If applicable, any customs, import duties and handling fees are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. These charges are paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges - and cannot indicate these additional charges before your purchase, as customs and duties regulations as well as rates vary by country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on additional charges before you place an order, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
Orders that are returned to us due to not paying duties and/or customs, we will not refund.
