Hand wash, or machine wash using a mesh bag on a delicate cycle. Hang dry. Gently fold or hang to store.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time you order until item is shipped. For expedited processing please email us. Retail orders over $75 ship free UPS domestically!

We take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. 

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS ARE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY (NOT APPLICABLE ON ORDERS WITHIN THE US)
Shipping times are not guaranteed and does not include the time that the package is in the customs department. We take no responsibility for packages that take longer to arrive than the shipping time that UPS calculates.

If applicable, any customs, import duties and handling fees are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. These charges are paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges - and cannot indicate these additional charges before your purchase, as customs and duties regulations as well as rates vary by country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on additional charges before you place an order, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

Orders that are returned to us due to not paying duties and/or customs, we will not refund.

We do not accept returns. We only issue store credit on full priced items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and have original tags.

Shipping for an exchange or return for credit is the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to provide a return shipping label. The shipping label cost will be deducted from your total credit.

Any items purchased with a discount code of ANY SORT are final sale. No store credit will be issued.

Once you agree to our terms and conditions at checkout and process your order, you've agreed to all our policies.

All custom orders are FINAL! Refunds/exchanges are not accepted on any custom orders. All conversations will be retained as proof of your acceptance of the item along with your receipt. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Including items lost or returned to me due to an incorrect address. Providing the correct mailing address is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. A refund will NOT be offered due to an incorrect address. Typically items shipped to a wrong address will be returned to me. It is up to the Buyer to then provide the correct address and pay for the postage to resend the item(s). Please verify all shipping information is correct BEFORE placing your order especially if item(s) are time sensitive.

Expedited/Rush orders- $10- $20 fee for next day/same week based on product availability.
